1. Believe you are able to hear the Angel.
Believe that, simply because you exist, you are in connection with Father/Mother God and thus, your Angel. Thinking you can is the fastest way to open the doors of communication. You control the flow of information coming in and can access it at will. You can also shut it off when you wish as well.

2. Believe you are safe.
It's a good bet that the script writers for TV and movies do not spend much time in communication with spirits or Angels. In short, they don't know what they are talking about, explaining or depicting. Forget about what you think you know about talking to Angels that you learned from the TV. The scary or weird or dangerous make for good drama, but scenes that include them are, simply, untrue. Your Angel loves you and is always kind, loving and gentle. I guarantee it.
